Returns Policy

CWA Hydraulics sells our own brand hydraulic cylinders. You may return within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. The freight cost of returning items would have to be paid by our customers. We will not accept returns after 60 days.

Standard restocking fee may apply in the amount of 15%. We will try to make it right for you and wave a restocking fee depending on item and circumstances. All return of non-current or unsaleable products for which CWA Hydraulics may refuse to issue credit for are subject to repair (parts and labor charge), if CWA Hydraulics choose to repair them.

If Item is covered under manufacturer's warranty, credit will not be issued until warranty inspection is completed and determined to be factory defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world through UPS shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
